Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
We are licensed home improvement contractors in the state of TN which requires insurance for workers comp and general liability and we carry a $100,000 surety bond as per TN law.
How long have you been in business?
Revid has been in business since 2003 and we opened our construction division, Revid Design, in 2011.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, for all Renovation jobs that require Memphis City Shelby County Code permits to be pulled.
How big of a renovation do you do?
No job is too small and no job is too big.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are dictated by the cost of the renovation. Jobs under $10,000 typically require 50% to start and the balance on completion. Larger jobs are typically invoiced in 3 installments at agreed upon points of the job.
Do you have a construction contract?
Yes we do. Copies are available online.
Do you give written estimates?
Yes for properties already under contract or owned. Estimates are valid for a period of 30 days.

What services do you provide?
On the construction side, Revid Design offers framing, foundation, roofing, gutters, drainage, sheetrock, tile, painting, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, parking lots, fencing. For a maintenance related job, our company Revid Renovation and Repair, handles a majority of those projects. We look to take care of any and all service calls, tenant maintenance issues, property upkeep (yard maintenance, landscape, common area maintenance etc.).
