Meet Our Team
Chris Brown
Chris grew up in Franklin, TN. He developed a passion for carpentry early on from his father. In 1995 after earning his BA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, Chris made his move to Memphis. For a period of time after his move, Chris was in the Food and Beverage industry where he first met Brandon Kamm, his future business partner & co-founder of Revid. In the year 2000, prior to Revid, Chris was awarded a utility patent by the United States Patent Office. He created an inventory control system that was widely adopted by bars, restaurants & pharmacies. It was this same year that Chris purchased his first duplex. In this moment he knew real estate was his future. Chris obtained his TN contractor’s license & over the next few years he purchased, renovated & managed other properties. He had a vision to restructure local property management to provide property owners with a “one stop shop” for all of their property needs. In 2003, Chris & Brandon created Revid. Over the next 20+ years, Revid grew to include not only property management, but is also able to offer renovation services, investment opportunities & more. Chris continues to reside in Memphis with his wife Stacey & their two children.
Brandon Kamm
A lifetime Memphian, Brandon helped found Revid in 2003. After graduating from Christian Brothers University with degrees in Accounting and Economics, Brandon spent 4 years working in public accounting with a portion of that time being dedicated to tax and audit work in the real estate industry. As a licensed real estate broker, Brandon has helped numerous investors over the years purchase and sell property throughout the Memphis area. His financial background along with his knowledge of the Memphis market has allowed him to work with our clients in helping manage their investment portfolios. Brandon currently oversees the accounting side of Revid and assists in working with our agents with purchases and sales of our client’s investment property.
Brandon and his wife Emily have two children, and in his spare time he enjoys fitness activities and travel.
Gus Pacente
Gus is our experienced and results-driven Director of Operations here at Revid Property Management LLC. With a career spanning over 12 years in the real estate and property management sectors, Gus has established himself as a leader in operational efficiency, strategic growth, and client relations. Gus earned a masters degree in business administration from the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics. He began his career in property management as our Leasing Consultant. Early on, he honed his skills in property leasing and management, working his way up through various roles. His extensive experience covers a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing day-to-day operations to developing strategies for maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction. As Director of Operations, Gus is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the property management company’s activities, including supervising staff, managing budgets, optimizing processes, and ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards. He is also deeply involved in lease negotiations, vendor management, and maintaining strong relationships with both property owners and tenants. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency, reduced costs, and increased occupancy rates. Gus is known for his ability to drive process improvements through data analysis, team collaboration, and a strong focus on customer service. His innovative approach to property management operations ensures that properties are not only well-maintained but also profitable and aligned with market trends.
Beyond his professional achievements, Gus is passionate about contributing to the Memphis community. He is an active member of several local organizations, including Memphis Area Association of Realtors and Institute of Real Estate Management, and is dedicated to fostering growth and development within the city. He is also committed to sustainability and social responsibility, advocating for environmentally conscious practices in property management. In his free time, Gus enjoys exploring Memphis’ vibrant cultural scene, attending local events, and spending time with family. He is also an advocate for continuous learning, regularly attending industry seminars and workshops to stay current with property management trends and best practices. Gus’ combination of professional expertise, leadership ability, and commitment to community makes them a highly respected figure in the Memphis property management industry.
Jessica Clark
As the Maintenance Coordinator at Revid Property Management, Jessica specializes in overseeing and managing the daily maintenance operations of our properties. With a strong focus on efficiency and quality, she ensures that all maintenance requests are handled promptly and that properties are well-maintained for our tenants. Her role includes coordinating with vendors, scheduling repairs, and maintaining a seamless workflow to ensure that properties remain in top condition. She is dedicated to providing excellent service to both property owners and residents, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment.
Known for my attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks, she thrives in fast-paced environments. Her passion for keeping things running smoothly is matched by my friendly, approachable demeanor—she’s always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh with tenants and colleagues alike. Whether it’s resolving a tricky repair or simply ensuring a tenant’s comfort, she takes personal satisfaction in making things work just right. Outside of work, you can often find her tinkering with DIY projects or exploring new tech tools to improve her workflow.
